1. 100% Refund: A full refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled 15 days or more before the scheduled date of the trip.
2. Reschedule or 50% Refund :Guests have the option to reschedule to an alternate date or receive a 50% refund if the cancellation is made between 72 hours and 15 days before the scheduled date of the trip.
3. No Refund for Late Cancellation or No Show :Unfortunately, no refund will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled date of the trip, or in case of a no-show.
